How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service

  1. Login to your billing panel using your credentials.

  2. Locate the "Upgrade" option in the billing panel.

  3. Select the desired upgrade for your service.

  4. Proceed to pay for the upgrade using the provided payment options.

  5. Wait for the upgrade request to be accepted. Please note that it may take up to a day for the upgrade to be processed.

    • Important: After the upgrade is completed, your server will need to be restarted. Owehost will not automatically restart your server.

Downgrade:

  1. Login to your billing panel using your credentials.

  2. Find the "Downgrade" option in the billing panel.

  3. Choose the appropriate downgrade for your service.

  4. Wait for the downgrade request to be accepted. Please note that it may take up to a day for the downgrade to be processed.

    • Important: Your server will be restarted after the current billing period ends.

Cancel:

  • Cancel now:

    1. Login to your billing panel using your credentials.

    2. Locate the "Cancel" option in the billing panel.

    3. Follow the cancellation process.

    4. Wait for the cancellation request to be accepted. Please note that it may take up to a day for the cancellation to be processed.

    5. Important: If you choose to cancel now, your server will be suspended immediately after the cancellation request is accepted. Additionally, all data on your server will be wiped off our servers after two weeks of suspension.

  • Cancel at end of billing period:

    1. Login to your billing panel using your credentials.

    2. Find the "Cancel" option in the billing panel.

    3. Follow the cancellation process.

    4. Wait for the cancellation request to be accepted. Please note that it may take up to a day for the cancellation to be processed.

    5. Important: If you choose to cancel at the end of the billing period, your server will be suspended at the end of your current billing cycle.
